We ship within 1 day from the time your order is received. Orders received after 2:00pm EST will be shipped the next business day.
Food items may be substituted depending on availability and seasonal restrictions. Items of greater or equal value will be substituted.

Return Policies
Refund and Return Policy (for Non-Perishable Items)
If you are not satisfied with your gift, perishable or non-perishable, for
any reason, please contact us within 30 days of the purchase. If the gift is
unsatisfactory, you will receive a full refund.
We only accept physical returns for non-perishable items. For non-perishable
item you would like to return, please call or e-mail us. We will send to you
a recall shipping label within 7 business days. Simply re-box the item being
returned and affix the label to the outside of the package. Please make sure
the box is securely wrapped.
You may then call the carrier to pick up the package. There is no shipping
charge to you for the return package. Giftcorp will cover the cost.
A credit will be issued to the sender's credit card within 30 days of receipt
and inspection of the item.
